Premium Parking is seeking a Parking Operations Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management of parking garages and surface lots, ensuring client satisfaction, financial targets, and compliance across multiple locations. You will maintain client relationships to generate references and new leads while supervising staff and driving performance.

Responsibilities include financial reporting, market strategy development, vendor liaison, and coordinating operations, maintenance, and security.

Qualifications

The Parking Operations Account Manager is responsible for administration of all day-to-day activities related to parking garage and surface lot management. With over 1,500 locations nationwide, we are looking to build a strong team. In this role, you will directly oversee one or more operations and are responsible for account performance for financial, government compliance, and customer/client satisfaction objectives. This position is expected to maintain relationships with the present clients to obtain references and leads to new business opportunities. Account Managers are responsible for the accountability, training, and development of all Premium Parking staff, and is expected to inspire associates to continuously improve and develop their knowledge and skills.
