Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned area by foot, golf cart or truck to observe parking violations.
• Enforce location rules and arrange towing for abandoned or illegally parked vehicles.
• Issue tickets for expired meters and improper parking.
• Respond promptly to customers to process payments.
• Record data for citations including time, date, location and vehicle details.
• Inform management of safety issues and conduct lot audits.
• Provide guidance to staff and oversee employee performance.
• May be required to respond to calls outside regular hours.
• May work at other locations as deemed necessary by supervisor.
• Safely park cars and provide traffic control when needed.
