Job summary

SP+ is seeking a location assistant to support daily parking operations and customer service at a Houston site. You will help manage day-to-day activities, ensure compliance with contractual guidelines, and promote a professional image for the client.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least some related experience or training. Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location.
• Foster client relations and promote a professional image.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment as directed by Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and general maintenance tasks.
• Possess thorough knowledge of all garage areas and local landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
