Job summary

SP+ Corporation is hiring for a location support role in Baltimore, MD. The position covers day-to-day parking operations, customer service, and equipment maintenance under the supervision of the Facility Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimal high school diploma with related experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible approach to task changes. The role offers hourly pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and limited related experience or training.
• Oral communication: Speaks clearly, listens, and clarifies when needed.
• Written communication: Writes clearly and can read and interpret information.
• Customer service: Maintains a positive attitude and assists requests for service.
• Adaptability: Handles changes and unforeseen events in the work environment.
• Judgment: Demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
• License requirement: Valid state driver’s license with current address and clean record.
• Physical demands: Sit/stand/walk most of the day; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in day-to-day management of assigned locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
• Substitute for any position if necessary.
• Have thorough knowledge of all garage areas and major routes.
