Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking a Foreperson to manage daily parking lot operations, oversee attendants, and ensure safety and efficiency. You will direct vehicle movements, implement controls, and maintain records while delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, reporting, inspections, and coordinating with other departments. Candidates should have supervisory experience and a solid understanding of traffic safety in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in industrial construction, maintenance, or transportation/logistics.
• NCCER certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of traffic flow management and safety protocols.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• OSHA 30 preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the parking lot, ensuring efficient traffic flow.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of lot attendants.
• Direct and monitor vehicle movements to prevent congestion and ensure safety.
• Implement and adjust traffic control measures, such as signage and barriers.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of lot attendants.
• Create and manage staff schedules for peak hours and events.
• Enforce safety regulations among staff and patrons.
• Conduct regular inspections of the parking lot for hazards or maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and assist with parking needs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain records related to parking occupancy and incidents.
• Prepare daily operational reports and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments and external agencies as needed.
• Serve as the main contact for parking-related issues or emergencies.
