Worley is seeking a foreperson to direct a parking lot crew, review drawings and safety plans, and enforce safe practices while meeting standards. This role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient parking service.

The position requires 5+ years in industrial construction, maintenance, or transportation/logistics, with CDL a plus; NCCER certification preferred; OSHA 30 optional.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial construction, maintenance, or Transportation/logistics Industry experience (CDL a Plus)
• NCCER Certified Plus is preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of traffic flow management and safety protocols
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• OSHA 30 preferred but not required

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the parking lot, ensuring efficient traffic flow and maximizing parking space usage.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of lot attendants, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
• Direct and monitor vehicle movements in the parking lot to prevent congestion and ensure a safe environment for both vehicles and pedestrians.
• Implement and adjust traffic control measures, such as signage and barriers, to optimize parking lot operations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of lot attendants, encouraging professional development and adherence to safety practices.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures among staff and patrons, ensuring compliance with local laws and organizational policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the parking lot, identifying and addressing safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Ensure that lot attendants provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with parking needs in a professional manner.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to enhance the overall user experience.
• Maintain accurate records related to parking lot occupancy and incidents.
• Prepare daily operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Coordinate with other departments, management, and external agencies when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for any parking-related issues or emergencies.
