Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and a minimal month related experience or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Oral and written communication skills required to interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines.
• Foster client relations and promote a professional image.
• Support maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
• Courteously assist customers and report issues to the Facility Manager.
• Understand the garage layout and local streets to aid operations.
