Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with minimal related experience.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; asks clarifying questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly; reads and interprets information.
• Customer Service: Maintains positive attitude; responds to service requests.
• Adaptability: Adapts to changes; handles delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: Exercises sound and accurate judgment.
• License Requirement: Valid state driver's license if driving is needed.
• Physical Demands: Sit/stand/walk; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in management of day-to-day activities of the locations.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, spills and hazards.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Know all garage areas and major streets, landmarks and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
