Parking Operations Account Supervisor - Nashville

Position Summary

The Account Supervisor performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility. Responsibilities include monitoring the parking area, responding to customer inquiries, and filling an entry-level management role. The supervisor will work closely with team members, Account Managers, and Senior Agents to meet quality and safety standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to observe parking violations.
• Enforce location rules, issue tickets, and arrange for towing of illegal or abandoned vehicles.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and process payments.
• Maintain professionalism and respectful communication with guests.
• Record data related to citations and violations accurately.
• Conduct lot audits and report safety issues.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately.
• Provide traffic control and oversee employee performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to operate standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Good communication skills.
• Maintain a professional image.

Preferred Qualifications
