Responsibilities

What You Do

• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Support all roles within the spa, acting as a role model.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships to achieve team goals.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete requisitions for supplies and equipment.
• Inspect work areas and tools to ensure standards are maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned by managers.
• Answer questions about services, property information, and amenities.
• Monitor and manage daily schedules effectively.
