Job summary

SP+ is hiring a parking attendant at our Portland location. You will manage car flow, ensure the lot stays clean, and assist customers with courtesy and clear communication. A valid driver’s license is preferred where driving company vehicles is involved.

You may work 2nd or 3rd shifts and weekends depending on location needs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. The role requires reliability, basic math for cash handling, and the ability to read and follow simple

• Ability to write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the appropriate number of cars is kept on location and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
• Assist customers by answering questions.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the supervisor.
• Know major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area of the lot.
• Perform other duties as needed.
