Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Traffic Control Attendant - Driving in Portland, OR to manage vehicle flow, assist customers, and keep the lot clean and presentable. You will be on time, in uniform, and ready to help with questions or directions.

The role emphasizes traffic control at entrances/exits, reporting incidents, knowledge of local streets, and supporting the Facility or Senior Manager as needed. A valid driver’s license may be required for some duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers by answering questions.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility or Senior Manager.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills to the Facility or Senior Manager.
• Know major streets, landmarks and freeways in the lot area.
• Assist Facility or Senior Manager with other duties as needed.
