Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to provide friendly customer service, manage tickets and payments, and help maintain a safe, organized parking environment in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves enforcing policies, documenting activity, and assisting with light maintenance outdoors.

The position is non-exempt, with full/part-time scheduling possibilities, and requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred, with a positive, helpful attitude.
• FLSA non-exempt status with overtime eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork responsibly.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and ensure vehicles are parked according to policy.
• Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions while remaining friendly and helpful.
• Use radios to stay in contact with the team and support a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Take on additional duties to support operations, including attending training sessions.
