Job summary

Parking Management Company is looking for a Lot Auditor to assist with ticketing, payments, and revenue tracking while ensuring a safe, clean, and organized parking environment. The role involves directing traffic, helping guests, and enforcing parking policies in outdoor conditions.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work full-time or part-time shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are favored.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document parking activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security and compliance: check the lot regularly, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked securely.
• Lot maintenance: keep the area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer service: help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork and communication: use radios, stay in contact with the team, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional duties: attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs.
