Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean and secure. The role requires a customer-focused attitude and comfort working outdoors in any weather.

You will issue tickets, process payments, maintain logs, and support overall lot operations with safety and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to operate radios and

High school diploma or GED required.
Customer service experience preferred; a helpful attitude is essential.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records.
Security and compliance: monitor the lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked per policy.
Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable, assist with light cleaning.
Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions.
Teamwork and communication: use radios, stay in contact with the team.
Professionalism and attendance: punctuality, follow policies, maintain appearance.
Additional duties: participate in training and adapt to scheduling needs.
