Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, organized parking experience. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and help with light maintenance while working outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Background check required and maintained throughout employment.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized vehicle records.
• Check lot regularly for safety and policy compliance.
• Keep parking area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Communicate via radios and stay in touch with team.
• Arrive on time and follow company policies with professional appearance.
• Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs.
