Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience. Responsibilities include directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities also cover ticketing/payments, reporting, record-keeping, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred; a positive, helpful attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document parking activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records.
• Security and compliance: check lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles parked securely.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: help guests with payments and questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork and communication: use radios, stay in contact with team, support a positive environment.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance.
• Additional duties: attend training, adapt to scheduling needs.
