Parking Management Company seeks a Lot Auditor to support the Commercial Parking Division in Lot operations. The role includes directing traffic, assisting guests, issuing tickets, handling payments, and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check must be completed and maintained.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Check lot regularly, report unsafe activity, ensure proper parking.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning tasks.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact with team, support environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time and adhere to policies and appearance.
• Additional Duties: Attend trainings, adapt to scheduling needs.
