Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to keep the parking area safe, organized and welcoming. You will direct traffic, assist guests, record vehicle details and help enforce policies.

This non-exempt, outdoor role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to handle payments, logs, and light maintenance. Schedule options include full-time or part-time, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record are required.
• A background check must be completed and maintained.
• Customer service experience is preferred; attitude matters.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Check the lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked per policy.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay connected with the team, support a positive environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow policies, maintain a professional appearance.
• Additional Duties: Take on other tasks and training as needed.
