Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to guide traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean and secure. The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

You will handle ticketing, payments, and logs, maintain records, and support operations with punctuality and a professional appearance. Opportunities exist for growth and shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean motor vehicle record.
• Successful completion of a background check required and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments accurately, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & compliance: check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, ensure secure parking per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep the area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & communication: use radios, stay in contact with the team, support a positive environment.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain professional appearance.
• Additional duties: take on other tasks, attend trainings, adapt to scheduling needs.
