Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to help ensure a safe, organized parking experience for guests. You will direct traffic, assist customers, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean and secure in varying weather conditions.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, adherence to policies, and reliable attendance. A valid driver’s license and clean background are typically required, with eligibility for overtime where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background checks and a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Positive, helpful attitude and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and track tickets and revenue.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly for safety and policy compliance.
• Keep the parking area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Assist guests with payments, questions, and directions.
• Use radios to stay in contact with the team and coordinate duties.
• Arrive on time and adhere to company policies and dress standards.
• Take on additional duties as scheduling requires.
