Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to direct traffic, assist guests, and monitor the parking area. You will enforce policies, maintain records, and support daily operations in a busy outdoor environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork. Overtime is possible, with non-exempt status and hourly pay rates that comply with wage laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Background check required and maintained during employment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check lot regularly for safety and proper vehicle parking.
• Keep parking area and booth clean and presentable; perform light cleaning as needed.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Use radios to stay in contact with team and support operations.
• Arrive on time and maintain professional appearance and behavior.
• Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs.
