Parking Management Company seeks a Lot Auditor to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming parking environment. The role involves directing traffic, assisting guests, and maintaining records with accuracy.

Outdoor work in all weather is common, and strong communication with guests and the team is essential. Your responsibilities include handling payments, logging activity, and upholding safety standards while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork with the Commercial Parking team.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs and track revenue.
• Administrative Support: Label keys and record vehicle details.
• Security & Compliance: Monitor the lot and report unsafe activity.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer Service: Answer questions and assist guests with payments and parking.
