Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Auditor to join the Commercial Parking Division. The role supports a safe, organized parking experience by directing traffic, assisting guests, and keeping the lot clean and secure.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, with a flexible schedule and non-exempt hourly pay.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Background check required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; schedule flexibility including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments handling.
• Reporting shift logs and revenue.
• Labeling keys and keeping records.
• Ensure lot safety and policy compliance.
• Assist with lot maintenance and cleaning.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Use radios and coordinate with team.
