Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to help deliver a safe, friendly parking experience for guests. You will direct traffic, assist customers, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean and orderly in all weather.

This non-exempt role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. You must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and good communication.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic and assist guests with parking.
• Issue tickets, handle payments, and track receipts.
• Monitor lot and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Label keys and record vehicle details for records.
• Use radios to stay in contact with team and supervisor.
