Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, a positive, helpful attitude is essential.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs and revenue records.
• Administrative support: label keys and maintain parking records.
• Security and compliance: check lot, report issues, ensure proper parking.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork and communication: use radios and stay in contact with the team.
