Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests at our El Paso facility. The role directs traffic, assists customers, and monitors the lot, while maintaining a clean and secure environment in all weather conditions.

You should be friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors. As a non-exempt team member, you will support ticketing, payments, reporting, and daily lot operations with a focus on safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, process payments accurately, and track revenue.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs and record parking activity.
• Administrative support: label keys and maintain vehicle records.
• Security & compliance: monitor lot and report unsafe activity.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions.
• Teamwork & communication: stay connected with radios and support the team.
• Professionalism & attendance: punctuality and professional appearance.
• Additional duties: participate in training and adapt to scheduling needs.
