Parking Management Company is hiring for a Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth and safe parking experience for guests. The role involves directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and maintaining a clean and secure area outdoors in all weather conditions.

The position reports to Commercial Parking Managers, with full-time and part-time schedules available. A high school diploma or GED is required, and a background check will be conducted. Overtime and non-exempt status apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; a positive, helpful attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
• Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check the lot regularly to ensure safety and that vehicles are parked according to policy.
• Keep the parking area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Help guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Use radios and communicate with the team to support a positive work environment.
• Arrive on time and follow company policies with professional appearance.
• Take on other tasks to support operations, including training and scheduling.
