Job summary

Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking a Lot Auditor to help ensure a smooth, safe, and organized parking experience for guests. This role includes directing traffic, assisting customers, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and secure, outdoors in all weather conditions.

The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Background check is required and maintained throughout employment.
• This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records.
• Security & compliance: check lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: help guests with payments and parking questions.
• Teamwork & communication: use radios, stay in contact with team.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance.
• Additional duties: attend training, adapt to scheduling needs.
