Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to oversee directing traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and keep the area clean and secure. The role requires friendliness, attention to detail, and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include issuing tickets, handling payments, documenting activity, securing vehicles, and providing excellent customer service while following policies. Overtime may apply in this non-exempt, hourly position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Check lot for safety, security, and compliance with policies.
• Keep parking area and booth clean; assist with light cleaning tasks.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain teamwork and effective radio communications.
• Arrive on time and uphold professional appearance and attendance.
• Take on additional duties to support operations.
