Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant/Lot Auditor to deliver friendly customer service in an outdoor parking environment. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and maintain a clean, secure area in all weather conditions.

The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, accurate ticketing and payments, and detailed record-keeping. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays with overtime as applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and a positive, helpful attitude essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments, and keep paperwork accurate.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records.
• Security & compliance: check the lot, report unsafe activity, ensure vehicles are parked per policy.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & communication: use radios, stay connected, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance.
• Additional duties: attend training and adapt to scheduling needs.
