Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor in Durham, NC to direct traffic, assist guests, and monitor the lot. The role requires a friendly, detail-oriented approach to ensure a safe and efficient parking environment.

Responsibilities include ticketing, payments, logging activity, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors, with shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; friendly, helpful attitude essential.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; outdoor work in all weather.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and handle payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs; track tickets and revenue.
• Label keys and maintain vehicle records.
• Monitor the lot and report unsafe or suspicious activity.
• Assist guests with payments and parking questions.
• Keep booth and area clean and presentable.
• Use radios; stay in contact with team.
• Arrive on time and follow company policies; maintain professional appearance.
• Attend training sessions and adapt to scheduling needs.
