Job summary

ABM Industries in Los Angeles is seeking a Parking Business Development Manager to build and manage a robust pipeline of new parking solutions for commercial clients. You will engage mid- and senior-level operations leaders, craft targeted proposals, and close deals with a focus on strategic growth.

You will leverage market knowledge, relationships, and ABM offerings to expand our parking services footprint in the LA metro area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Parking Sales or Management.
• Established in the Los Angeles metropolitan area with a willingness to reside within the territory.
• Degreed – Management or Business preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of new business for ABM's parking solutions.
• Prospect for potential new clients and expand ABM's client base.
• Conduct meetings with client decision makers to present ABM solutions.
• Identify potential clients and key decision makers within organizations.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Set up meetings with client decision makers and plan pitches.
• Collaborate with team to develop proposals meeting client needs and objectives.
• Support pricing discussions and service proposals.
• Address objections and guide conversations to closed deals.
• Participate in local trade organizations.
• Submit progress reports and ensure data accuracy in CRM.
• Forecast sales quotas and strive to meet or exceed targets.
