Reimagined Parking Inc. in Manhattan, NY, seeks a Parking Garage Assistant Manager to oversee daily parking operations, supervise staff, and support the Operations Manager.

This role will handle revenue controls, safety, and client relations while ensuring excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a 6am–2pm shift, Monday–Friday, with full-time employment and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to verbally communicate with guests.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Supervise location staff and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Act as liaison to client or Property Manager and attend location meetings.
• Oversee facility maintenance for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor ticket inventory, cash flow, reports and audits to prevent loss.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
• Provide coverage for front line positions when needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests and clients, addressing concerns.
