Qualifications

• High school diploma and 3 years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employment related matters.
• Oversee daily operation of parking and transportation services; assign schedules and tasks to field staff.
• Coordinate and work on special events related to parking lots/garages.
• Coordinate and perform maintenance activities as needed to ensure all are in good/safe condition; manage field supply inventory.
• Serve as primary point of contact for parking citation appeals; maintain accurate records.
• Patrol and issue citations in accordance with parking policies across campus.
• Assist with departmental customer service activities.
• Perform all other duties to support Baylor’s mission.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
