Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff on assigned shift to ensure consistent levels of service.
  • Evaluate, train, and discipline per policies to maintain safety and accountability.
  • Enforce parking rules; issue citations, boot, tow as needed.
  • Inspect lots for damage, unsafe conditions, and sign quality; suggest improvements.
  • Assist with driver or enforcement relief as needed.
  • Schedule drivers for special events beyond daily ops.
  • Investigate complaints and resolve escalated disputes.
  • Transport vehicles to repair shops as requested.
  • Conduct annual reviews.
  • Build rapport with students and employees to enhance safety.
  • Fill in for shuttle drivers or enforcement when required.
