Baylor University is seeking a Coordinator for Facilities and Program Support in the Campus Recreation Department. The role leads administrative operations, schedules facilities, and supports reporting and risk management across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience and can manage several projects with strong communication and student development focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience required.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Experience in administrative management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience scheduling multiple spaces.
• Data collection and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations of the Campus Recreation office.
• Coordinate scheduling and reservations for facilities, fields, and spaces including the Challenge Course and vehicles.
• Manage facility calendars, staff training, and special events.
• Maintain data collection and reports across three software programs.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and risk management procedures.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance of student staff.
