Job summary

Comstock is seeking a ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant to support the operation of a parking site with multiple employees. The role may involve both manned and unmanned, automated or manual parking environments.

Key duties include processing exception transactions, using Microsoft Office and parking software to track activity, and ensuring high standards of customer service. You will also help oversee onboarding, billing, and problem resolution, maintaining safety and site procedures.

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• 1-2 years in service/related industry; 3 months in parking setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Process exception transactions according to policy.
• Maintain knowledge of automated parking equipment and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with technical support.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Oversee contract parker program: onboarding, billing, collections.
