Job summary

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and janitorial duties including litter removal and trash disposal.
• Inspect and maintain parking gates, doors, and technology kiosks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technological issues related to parking facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
