Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Some technology/mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with machinery, tools, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of parking gates, doors, and technology kiosks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and technological issues in parking facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Cleaning and janitorial duties including litter removal, trash, sweeping and mopping, and power cleaning.
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services.
• Collaborate with operations to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Change out signage for lots and ensure safety compliance.
