Job summary

Interstate Parking Company is seeking a Maintenance team member to keep our parking facilities and equipment clean, functional, and operating at peak performance. You will perform inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and technological issues, and handle preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include cleaning, snow removal, trash handling, and ensuring safety compliance. This full-time role requires a high school diploma and the ability to lift 25lbs, with a schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Some technology/mechanical ability; troubleshoot machine issues using logic.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of gates, doors, and technology kiosks.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and tech issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Cleaning and janitorial tasks: litter removal, trash, snow removal, sweeping, mopping, power sweeping.
