Job summary

Interstate Parking Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Custodian to keep facilities clean and equipment running at peak performance.

You will perform cleaning, janitorial duties, inspect gates and kiosks, troubleshoot mechanical and tech issues, and perform preventive maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work year-round outdoors. Full-time with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and janitorial duties including litter removal and trash disposal.

• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
