Job summary

SP+ is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Driving in Cleveland to assist customers with parking services and payments. You will help ensure smooth traffic flow, maintain professional standards, and support the maintenance team as needed.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with automated parking hardware/software, and a valid driver’s license. Shift availability may vary, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software.
• Availability for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to read, write and interpret English.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with payments to automated equipment.
• Guide customers and manage traffic flow through the facility.
• Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities at the assigned location.
• Monitor pay-in lanes and assist transactions.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide assistance to customers regarding parking.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
