Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a parking attendant in El Paso, TX. You will direct customers to spaces, count vehicles, issue warnings, and assist guests in locating their vehicle while maintaining a neat appearance and reliability.

Requirements include a high school or equivalent (or minimal experience), a valid driver's license, and availability for second/third shifts and weekends. Benefits and a stable work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• License Requirement: A valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability to Work: 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends may be required depending on location needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or with carts as applicable.
• Assist customers in locating their vehicle.
• Maintain neat appearance and punctuality.
• Direct customers to Facility Manager when needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
