Responsibilities

• Verify shift transactions and cash handling with cashier's money.
• Respond to customer service issues and resolve on the spot.
• Maintain order in the assigned lot.
• Maintain relationships with police department and security personnel.
• Supervise employees and liaise between staff and management.
• Count vehicles on location during shift as needed.
• Report safety or policy violations to managers.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with revenue control equipment.
• Complete daily inspections and other required documentation.
• Assist with debris cleanup and spill response.
• Substitute for any position when necessary.
