LAZ Parking in Peekskill, NY is seeking a Parking Enforcement Supervisor to lead enforcement operations and uphold local parking regulations. This role requires supervising staff, meeting citation quotas, and coordinating patrols across assigned routes.

The position offers an hourly rate of $23, paid training, a sign-on bonus up to $750, and opportunities for growth. Must have 2–3 years outdoor work and supervisory experience, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years outdoor work experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Security, military or parking enforcement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with special assignments and projects as requested.
• Meet / exceed monthly citation quota for self & enforcement team.
• Assign staff to patrol routes or areas to enforce parking ordinances.
• Prepare work schedules for adequate coverage during events.
• Monitor field activities and enforce parking regulations.
• Transport officers to assigned areas as required.
• Train staff on parking ordinances and procedures for notices.
• Review work reports and evaluate performance of staff.
• Evaluate number of fee notices and adjust workloads to boost productivity.
• Discuss and resolve field activity issues with staff.
• Prepare productivity reports for management.
• Monitor on-street meters for violations and follow routes.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles; uphold uniform standards.
• Promote safe driving techniques.
