Qualifications

• Experience with general facility maintenance.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Trim, prune, plant, and mulch landscape areas.
• Operate landscape equipment and tools.
• Line striping.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Snow removal and winter upkeep.
• Operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
