LAZ Parking is seeking a Parking Ambassador in Denver to deliver outstanding customer service and keep our facility clean, safe, and well-operated. You will greet customers, handle parking payments, and support daily operations in an active outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• The City of Denver requires that all candidates pass an English proficiency exam.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and resolve issues.
• Process monthly parking payments and related transactions.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately.
• Maintain parking equipment and report issues promptly.
• Support daily parking operations following policies and procedures.
• Direct traffic and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
