Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking an on-site Parking Enforcement Officer in Cincinnati, OH. You will monitor streets and lots, issue citations, and assist in events, maintenance, and permit sales while ensuring safety and courtesy in busy environments.

Qualifications include ability to operate a vehicle or bicycle, use a handheld computer, understand parking regulations, and work in all weather. Salary range $16.00–$18.00 per hour with full benefits and OT opportunities.

• Ability to understand and apply parking regulations
• Ability to interact with others in a courteous and tactful manner

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Monitor designated streets, lots, garages, and campus to ensure compliance with parking policies.
• Provide customer service by answering questions regarding directions, events, building locations and parking policies.
• Issue citations and warnings for non-compliance with a computerized handheld or manual tickets.
• Assist maintenance staff with parking equipment and facility upkeep.
• Assist in the collection and security of parking revenues.
• Assist event staff with parking for events.
• Assist in permit sales during peak seasons.
• Other related duties as assigned.
