Job summary

Towne is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant for weekend shifts in a part-time role. You will patrol lots, issue citations, assist guests, and maintain signage and cleanliness to ensure smooth operations.

The position requires excellent customer service, the ability to work outdoors in all weather, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include insurance options and a 401k plan where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, co-workers, and clients.
• Patrol and monitor lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations based on preapproved guidelines for non-paid or time-expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage and signage maintenance.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and repair signage as needed.
• Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment when applicable.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
